  • Have at least 3 years’ experience as an art director at an advertising and communication agency;
  • Are completely at home with programs such as InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, and build dazzling presentations in Keynote;
  • Have passion and an eye for beauty and know exactly how to turn good ideas into a superb design;
  • Are not afraid of responsibility and inspire colleagues, photographers, illustrators and other creatives to produce fantastic work;
  • Excel at developing campaigns and are a conceptual and logical thinker;
  • Are completely up-to-date with the digital world and know how to connect online and offline campaigns and concepts together;
  • Have perfect mastery of Dutch and English.
